As a home barista in Portland (yeah yeah I know), this hits different. Sweet spot on my Decent - 18g in, 38 out, 93C, 6s pre, 28s pull.

Perfect for milk drinks

dialed this in nicely on my gaggia classic. 18g in, 36g out in 28s. makes incredible lattes - the caramel notes really shine through milk. been using it at my small cafe for the past month

took a few tries but once i got the grind right (18 on df64) this makes insane espresso. thick crema, no bitterness
