Clockwork Roasters Shipping Policy
At Clockwork Roasters, we believe that time is of the essence - especially when it comes to delivering your freshly roasted coffee. Our gears are always turning to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.
Order Processing
- Coffee orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed before 12 PM (CST) on roast days (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) will be roasted and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) or on non-roast days will be processed on the next available roast day.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Priority Mail): 2-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS Ground): 1-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day (available for select areas)
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order is in transit. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking details.
Apparel and Merchandise
Some apparel and merchandise items are handled by our trusted third-party partners and may ship separately from your coffee order. Rest assured, you’ll receive separate tracking information for these items.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We’re working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned!
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
