my go-to morning coffee for the past few months. the chocolate notes really come through in my chemex. super consistent roast every time i order. not the cheapest but definitely worth it for the quality

Rich but not overwhelming

Grabbed this as part of the sample pack. Really nice balance between the chocolate and wine notes. Working my way through different brewing methods - french press brings out more of the wine notes while my v60 highlights the citrus. Will definitely order again!

Better than expected

ngl was skeptical about the grapefruit thing in the description but it works really well with the chocolate notes. shipping was quick, beans were fresh. props to the roasting team

Solid house blend

Been trying different roasters in the twin cities area and this is definitely up there. Good for both morning cups and afternoon pick-me-ups. Website could use better filtering options tho
