if you think you don't like light roasts try this! the berry notes are wild - almost like drinking juice. using 205F water in my kalita wave brings out all the sweetness. worth the price for something this unique

holy fruity goodness! never had ethiopian coffee this good before. getting strong pineapple vibes when it cools down. bit expensive but you get what you pay for i guess

Special occasion coffee

saving this for weekends when i can really focus on the brewing. super complex - get different flavors each time. bit expensive for daily drinking but man those pineapple notes are something else

Unexpected favorite

usually stick to medium roasts but this changed my mind. insanely fruity without being weird about it. letting it cool really brings out the lavender. my fellow ode at 2.4 seems perfect

Special occasion coffee

Love brewing this in my V60 on weekend mornings. The floral notes are incredible. Tried it as espresso once - don't recommend. Stick to filter methods.
