this in my v60 = morning happiness. getting crazy peach notes when it cools down

Finally a good light roast

as someone who usually finds light roasts too acidic, this is perfect. smooth enough for morning coffee but still interesting.

Complex but Worth It

Not your typical morning coffee - this one makes you pay attention. Getting different flavors each sip. Rose notes are wild! Using Fellow Stagg + Fellow Ode w/SSP burrs. Need to grind bit finer than usual.
